Our Services
We provide caregiver training, certification, caregiver deployment, home care, patient support and health-package services. Specific service terms may be provided separately at the time of engagement.
Training & Certification
Enrolment in a course is subject to eligibility and payment of applicable fees. Certification is granted upon successful completion of course requirements. Placement support is offered to qualified graduates but is not a guarantee of employment.
Caregiver Verification
Our verification tool confirms a caregiver's status against our records at the time of the query. While we take care to keep records accurate, verification does not constitute a warranty of any individual's conduct.
Bookings & Payments
Care requests, package bookings and admissions submitted through the site are requests, not confirmed contracts, until acknowledged by our team. Fees, schedules and cancellation terms will be communicated during confirmation.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services lawfully. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Phoenix Care Nepal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
